As an organization that strives to provide exceptional services to families in need through our professional staff, the Families First Support Services team is guided by a set of core values that are shared by each and every member: Respect, empathy, commitment, safety, reliability, and confidentiality.

Each staff member has a current Police Security Clearance, Child Intervention Record Checks, and a clean Drivers Abstract.

Our support work team members have a variety of credentials, including degrees in Social Work, Psychology and Human Services Fields, and a great deal of experience in working with children and families.

In addition, Families First Support Services has team leaders and coordinators who are eager to ensure facilitation of support services, and aiding in questions or concerns from families to whom we provide support services.
