Our Services

Supervised Visitation

For families and individuals who require supervision in a residence or within the community, supervised visitation involves a support worker who observes during visitation and reports on those observations. Detailed report writing is mandatory for all support workers when providing supervised visitation.

Supportive Supervised Visitation

In addition to the service provided with supervised visitation, supportive supervision strives to aid families and individuals, through coaching, modelling, and cueing, to obtain and implement parenting skills and approaches in order to build stronger family relationships. Detailed report writing is mandatory by all our staff providing this service.

Doula Services (End of Life Care Specialist)

Our End-of-Life Care Specialists provide spiritual, psychological, and social supports to those living through their end of live process. This is a non-medical profession that recognizes death as a natural, accepted, and sacred part of life. A death doula aids individuals and their families through the emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of dying, offering comfort, peace, and companionship.

Dementia Consulting

Dementia Consulting aims to assist individuals and families while assessing their loved one’s situation, resolve issues, and to help curate a dementia care plan to meet their unique needs. This involves creating a safe, consistent environment, utilizing communication techniques, and creating emotional connections with the hope of eliminating anxiety, and to improve quality of life.

  • Focus on the individual, not the disease
  • Treat each individual with respect and dignity
  • Understand their reality by acknowledging and validating their current world view
  • Familiarize with their history, hobbies, and preferences to provide personalized comfort
  • Highlight remaining strengths and emotions rather than cognitive limitations

Virtual Visitation

Supervised Virtual Supervision is used as a supplemental way of providing supervised access and in no way is undermining the importance of face to face contact. In our computerized world of communication this service is to enhance the ability of parent(s) or others requiring supervised access that would not normally be able to access such services. Detailed report writing is mandatory by all our staff providing this service.

Monitored Exchanges / Transportation

Monitored exchange and transportation services are primarily used where there is a restraining order, or child(ren) can spend time with both parents yet there is no need for the parents to be in contact with each other. This alleviates stress the child may be experiencing and the possible confrontation the parent(s) may have during exchange times. Report writing is only offered when requested by client(s).
